BATULICIN - Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu kedatangan Tim Penilai Reformasi Birokrasi dari Menpan RB. Disdukpencapil Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu kini telah masuk Tahap Akhir penilaian. Tim penilai Menpan RB yang ada berjumlah 2 orang. Tim Penilai Didampingi Kepala Dinas, Kursani S.Sos dan sekertaris Dinas juga para Kabid berkeliling lingkungan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil.
Senin, 28 Oktober 2019 setelah kunjunagn ke Kantor DISDUKPANCAPIL gunung tinggi. Rombongan penilai dari menpan lanjut melakukan kunjungan ke upt Satui.Hasil Kunjungan :
1. Harus ada SOP yang di pajang di gedung kantor
2. Alur Pelayanan harus ada
3. kelengkapan fasilitas dan Sarana dan Prasarana
4. Persyaratan Pelayanan agar di pajang di gedung Kantor
Plh. Kepala UPT. Kec Satui, Surachmat Nurfah, S.STP dan Camat Kecamatan Satui Hery Kurbiansyah, S.Sos terlihat mendampingi rombongan melakukan penilaian. Beliau mengatakan "Dengan beberapa koreksi yang diberikan saya berharap dukungan dari beberapa pihak agar pelayanan di UPT, Kec Satui berjalan dengan maksimal" jelas nya. Beliau juga menambahkan agar UPT. Satui dapat memiliki fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang memadai sehingga tercipta pelayanan publik sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. (piak/kppd)
